The Simpsons Cast Signs New Deal

Following several weeks of negotiations, the cast of 'The Simpsons' has reached a new four-year deal with 20th Century Fox.

Under the new agreement, the voices of the much loved animated characters will receive significant pay increases, reported to be approximately $400,000 per episode, with the show reduced to only 20 episodes per series.

The cast is expected to resume work this Tuesday (June 3).
