Timbaland brings 'Shock Value' tour to NZ

Superproducer Timbaland is coming to New Zealand for a one-off show next month. The rapper and producer, whose album Shock Value was a best-seller last year, will perform at Vector Arena in Auckland on Friday, July 18.Despite being known as the man behind the scenes of some of the biggest albums in popular music, Timbaland recently scored a string of his own hits collaborating with his music biz pals on Shock Value.The resulting tracks such as Apologise, The Way I Are, Give It To Me and Scream helped take the album to double platinum in New Zealand.Presale tickets for Ticketmaster members go on sale on Tuesday June 24.- NZHERALD STAFF
