The Practice star McDermott to divorce

'The Practice' star Dylan McDermott has reportedly filed for divorce from his wife of almost 13 years, Shiva Rose.
According to People magazine, the 46-year-old actor, who had previously announced his separation from 39-year-old actress Rose, is seeking joint custody of the couple's two daughters.
The court papers, which were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
