Astronaut Buzz Aldrin to visit Helena, Mont., for 'Symphony under the Stars�








HELENA, Mont. - Astronaut Buzz Aldrin is scheduled to be in Helena, Mont., July 19, for the annual "Symphony Under the Stars" concert.

Aldrin, who landed on the moon in 1969, will provide narration during part of the concert on a lawn at Carroll College.

Activities preceding the free, evening concert by the Helena Symphony include space exhibits at the Exploration Works museum, where Aldrin will sign copies of his autobiography. City and campus astronomical societies plan to offer hands-on telescope observations.

The concert will include the Richard Strauss composition that became the theme for the film "2001: A Space Odyssey."
