Britney is back in the recording studio

Reports that Britney Spears has returned to the recording studio have emerged just after a restraining order against her former manager was extended.
The singer, who recently came back under the guidance of former mentor Larry Rudolph, reportedly undertook a trip to a California studio in a bid to reignite her creativity this week.
Rudolph told Usamagazine.com: "We went into the studio, but it was just for fun - nothing more."
"She just wanted to go in and tinker around. She sat at a piano and got some ideas. She played the piano and sang a bit. She enjoyed herself."
Meanwhile, the temporary restraining order on Sam Lufti, who managed Spears during her slide into psychiatric difficulty, was extended to July 31.
It means he must not come within 250 yards of Spears, her family or her homes, or attempt to contact her until that time.
The order was initially obtained by Spears mother Lynne, who claimed Lufti had been controlling her daughter's life and finances by drugging her.
Spears and Rudolph were reunited last month after splitting in acrimonious circumstances in 2007.
